Amita‘s support to the BREAST CANCER ACTION FUND was announced on 25 February 2008 during the official event for its 25 years at the Athens Concert Hall. The event was introduced by the Minister of Development Mr. C. Folias and the Minister of Health and Social Solidarity, Mr. D. Avramopoulos. Amita donated to the Fund EUR 0.20 from the sales of each new glass container (strawberry, orange and motion).
